Helen Benton, a trusted Amarillo real estate expert, has been helping people find their dream homes for over 30 years. With a proven track record of success, Helen is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients and has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. She started her real estate career in 1987 and joined Thatcher Realtors in 1992. Helen purchased the agency from its founder, Tom Thatcher, in 2019.

Helen's roots in the area run deep. Her family has called the Texas Panhandle home for over a century. She's raised three children in Amarillo and has always given back, volunteering with numerous organizations and non-profits in town.

Helen is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and Amarillo Association of REALTORS®, where she serves as Chairman.

She's a graduate of the Texas Realtor leadership program, and holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD) designations. She's also a proud graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in finance.
